A few things to know.
How do monthly and annual payments compare?
Monthly service is month to month. Annual service is prepaid at the cost of ten monthly payments, saving two monthly payments each year. The one-time setup fee is added to your first payment. The package boxes show your first payment and recurring subscription separately.
What does Free include?
Free has no subscription charge and a $45 one-time setup fee. It includes 50 successful redemptions per calendar month. Once you reach that limit, choose a paid package to continue immediately, or wait until the beginning of the next calendar month, when your redemption allowance resets. There is no automatic paid upgrade.
How does service-area coverage work?
Use the business-presence selector above to compare included coverage. Service-area businesses receive 1 ZIP-code area with Free or Start, 3 with Grow, and 5 with Max. For storefront plus service or delivery coverage, Grow includes 1 ZIP-code area per storefront and Max includes 3; Start and Free include storefront presence only. Mobile units have mobile storefront presence with no ZIP add-ons.
Paid packages can add ZIP-code areas for $49.50/month or $495/year per additional ZIP, with no additional setup fee. Free cannot add paid ZIP coverage. Every business is viewable to every shopper across the entire BeeRewarded platform. ZIP coverage describes where your business serves customers; it does not restrict shoppers by their home ZIP.
What is covered by Max’s 24-month price lock?
Your selected recurring subscription and ZIP-coverage total stay the same for 24 months. With annual billing, next year’s recurring renewal equals this year’s recurring total. Setup is charged once. Additional purchases and separately approved pay-on-performance campaigns are separate.
Are campaign charges included?
Yes. Digital Coupons, Qualified Discounts and Special Offers are included in every package. Invites, gifts, thank-yous, loyalty programs, rewards and Freebee campaigns are pay-on-performance (POP). These campaigns are quoted, approved and billed separately with your Business Success Advisor. Depending on the approved campaign, fees may apply to sends, shopper actions and successful redemptions.
